Because every piece at SUAVE is genuinely one of a kind, hand-carved by artisans and often selected or created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Each creation is unique, made with intention, and cannot simply be restocked or resold like a mass-produced item. When you purchase from SUAVE, that piece becomes truly yours, and no one else's.

We know this is a meaningful commitment, so we want you to feel completely confident before you buy. If you have any questions about a piece, its size, materials, gemstone, or craftsmanship, please reach out to us before placing your order. We're always happy to provide additional photos, details, or guidance to help you make the right choice.

Damaged in transit? While all sales are final, we take great care in packaging every piece. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll work with you to make it right.
